It's not just about algorithmic knowledge. It's about system design, pragmatism, and mentorship.

Seniority isn't the number of algorithms you've memorized. It's judgment under uncertainty: knowing what to build, what to skip, and how to bring a team along with you.
The signals we look for
- System design: sound trade-offs across reliability, cost, and time.
- Pragmatism: shipping the right-sized solution, not the cleverest one.
- Mentorship: making the engineers around them measurably better.
- Ownership: following a problem through to production and beyond.
How we interview
We use realistic problems over trivia — a design discussion grounded in an actual system, and a coding exercise that looks like the work. We're listening for how a candidate reasons, not whether they recite the optimal answer.
Junior engineers are measured by the code they write; senior engineers by the decisions they make and the people they lift.
Get this right and you don't just add capacity — you raise the ceiling for the whole team.
